PA Secretary of State sues to block access to Dominion machines
Pennsylvania Secretary of State Josh Shapiro filed a lawsuit Friday seeking to block the State Senate from examining Dominion voting machines from Fulton County.
“Elections must be transparent. Keeping these machines secret is like hiring someone to count the vote and keeping them in a locked, windowless room, and never allowing anyone to ask them any questions about how the count was conducted,” said Phill Kline, director of The Amistad Project.
“The US Government, in monitoring foreign elections, requires transparency, inclusion, and accountability,” Kline added. “Yet, Democrat officials in PA and the Garland led justice department threaten and sue legislators who in fulfilling their constitutional duties seek to access machines.
“Amistad is defending the public's — and the PA legislature’s — right to audit and access the machines that count your vote against the actions of the PA Secretary of State, who is fighting election transparency and keeping the 2020 count in the dark.”
