FILINGS WITH IRS PROVE ZUCKERBERG FUNDED ‘SHADOW GOVERNMENT’ IN 2020; WATCHDOG SAYS IT’S ‘TIP OF THE ICEBERG’

Sweeping analysis by The Amistad Project uncovered evidence of collusion between ‘nonpartisan’ election nonprofits and left-wing billionaires

Amherst, Virginia/December 17, 2021 – The IRS has finally released the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) 990 forms from 2020, and the data corroborate the findings from The Amistad Project’s investigations and litigations since the spring of 2020.

In addition to $350 million from Zuckerberg, the IRS forms confirm that CTCL received $25 million from Arabella Advisors, a dark money network that caters to left-wing billionaires. Prior to 2020, CTCL’s annual revenues averaged about $1 million.

“CTCL is only the tip of the iceberg," Kline said. “The left’s shadow government operated though scores of nonprofits, and so far The Amistad Project has identified well over $1 billion in monies, expertise, and technical support from leftist nonprofits to election officials. The result was that America was kicked out of the counting room, and billionaires were allowed in.”

CTCL, which grew out of the George Soros-funded New Organizing Institute, used its windfall to distribute grants to election officials at the municipal and county level, bypassing state legislatures. The earliest – and by far the largest – grants went to deep-blue urban areas of key swing states. The grant agreements obligated the recipients to use a large portion of the money for voter turnout operations targeted at specific demographics of voters who could reliably be expected to vote for Joe Biden, effectively turning local election offices into partisan get-out-the-vote centers.

The Amistad Project has repeatedly challenged these contributions in court, arguing that they illegally disadvantaged voters in non-preferred jurisdictions. The Amistad Project also has several ongoing, on-the-ground investigations compiling information about exactly how the private money was used in the 2020 election.
